Begin your journey of understanding how Qi flows through the body and the importance of the Ming Men\, 3 jiao’s\, extraordinary channels and how they help to regulate Qi flow. In this workshop Ondrej will also demonstrate a simple yet affective exercise that helps with warming of the Ming Men.
