SUMMARY:March 2026 – Cup of Coffee with Dra. Katha Jones
DESCRIPTION:Why Human Skills Are The Hard Currency of Modern Leadership: The Four-Quadrant Model of Social and Emotional Intelligence\nDate:  5th March 2026 \nTime:  10-11am (CST Merida)| 17:00–18:00 CET | 18:00–19:00 SAST | 00:00–01:00 AWST \nBook your PLACE here \nThis one-hour introductory talk with Dra. Katha Jones provides an overview of the Four-Quadrant Model of Social and Emotional Intelligence\, setting the foundation for the deeper exploration in a 3-hour workshop scheduled for 28 April\, “Courageous Leadership During Uncertain Times: How Emotional Intelligence Boosts Mental & Emotional Resilience.” \nThe Four-Quadrant Model of social and emotional intelligence\, developed by Daniel Goleman and others\, functions as a framework to assess and improve your emotional intelligence (EQ) by balancing internal (self) and external (others) awareness with action. It helps individuals understand their own intrinsic emotions and manage personal and professional relationships with increased emotional self-awareness\, empathy\, compassion\, mental agility and personal power. \nThis model is divided into ‘personal competencies’ such as emotional self-awareness\, self-management and personal power and ‘social competencies’ which determine how we handle relationships during times of stress and limited resources. The latter strongly influence our communication and leadership styles and interactions with the people we work with or are responsible for. Research consistently shows that organizations that prioritize communication\, empathy\, active listening\, emotional intelligence and conscious leadership experience stronger collaboration\, lower staff turnover\, and greater mental and emotional resilience. ‘Soft skills’ are now the human edge and most durable competitive advantage needed in a constantly changing\, uncertain and volatile business world. \nEmotional Intelligence is our ability to recognize\, understand\, manage and effectively express one’s emotions in our personal and professional relationships. It is the capacity to effectively interact with others by understanding and managing their emotions. EI plays a significant role in our personal and professional relationships\, decision-making process\, and overall mental and emotional well-being. \nThis promises to be a highly informative and engaging session\, offering practical insights into emotional intelligence\, leadership and more – please join us! \n \n\nDra. Katha Jones is the Founder/CEO of the International Institute of Kinesiology Australia (IIKA)\, Kinesiopractor®\, Senior Faculty Member of the International College of Professional Kinesiology Practice (ICPKP) and an IASK Board Member. She has been teaching the accredited ICPKP- Diploma program\, alternative medicine courses and personal development trainings in Sydney\, Australia for 28 years. In 2019\, she founded the International Institute of Emotional Intelligence\, a global coaching company delivering leadership development and team coaching. She is an eminent neuroscience-trained leadership coach and international expert in social and emotional intelligence\, advanced creative-problem solving processes\, and the science of natural ‘flow states’ that optimize our performance in life. Over the last 10 years\, she has facilitated transformational training programs and coaching engagements around the world. Her award-winning book ‘Think Outside The Box: Tap Into Your Creative Genius Zone & Solve Problems Fast’\, is a groundbreaking work delving into the latest research of neuroscience about neuroplasticity\, amygdala hijack prevention\, and improving your leadership styles with emotional intelligence and executive presence.www.kathajonesauthor.com \nBook your PLACE HERE \n

SUMMARY:Harmonizing QI Flow 2
DESCRIPTION:Harmonizing QI Flow \nBook your spot here \n \n  \nThis Kinesiology strand is based on the research and work of Japanese physician and respected researcher Yoshio Manaka. Ondrej Bursik wrote these courses over 12 years with the help of Acupuncturists trained in both Chinese and Japanese approaches to working with Qi flow and disharmony. \nIn 2021 the HCF Workshops have been improved\, expanded and changed from HCF1 and HCF 2 into the following 3 workshops: \n  \nHQF1 – Stem Branch and Open Point Theory \nHQF2 – Origins and Flow \nHQF3 – Flowing with Life \n  \nHQF 2 – This workshop looks at the flow of Qi throughout the body.\nThe journey starts with understanding the role of the Ming Men. This vital region is often described as the vitality fire that sits between the two kidneys. There are several procedures that look at balancing the Ming Men in relationship to different systems and organs of the body. Exploring the role of the 3 Jiao’s follows this. \nThese 3 important regions of the body are often called the Mist\, Foam and Swamp of the body and are vital for regulating Qi flow. We look at the regulating effect and influence they have on the 12 channels and the role the 3 Jiao play in distributing Qi through the 12 channels. We look at the relationship between the 3 Jiao and the relationship they have to the chakra system. \nThis workshop also looks at the Extra 8 Channels and how to balance them. It then looks at the relationship between the 3 Jiao’s\, extra 8 channels and the 12 meridians. Within this workshop we also look at techniques introduced by Yoshio Manaka and other researchers and use of Sinews\, cutaneous regions\, spirit points and psychological balancing. It also includes several exercises that can be used within a session or something to practice to continue the improvement within these systems. \nTechniques learned within this course can be used with a client over 2-4 sessions to create harmony and promote the smooth flow of Qi throughout the body or alternatively they can be incorporated within any other system of Kinesiology. \nPlease note HQF2 is similar to the old HCF1 – however significant expansion of the Ming Men and Balancing of the Ming men in relationship to specific systems is now included in this course. Great to repeat if you have done HCF 1 before \nOndrej predominately teaches this course in person in Germany\, but has also taught in Australia and next year in Italy plus certain aspects of the system in countries such as Czech and Slovakia. \nDates: \n\n16th & 18th June 2026\n6-9pm Sydney Time\, 10am – 1pm CEST\n\nCourse Fee: \nIASK Members:  €270\nNon-Members:   €320 (including 1yr membership) \nBook your space by paying a deposit — the remaining balance will be invoiced separately. \nBook your spot here \nAny questions about this course you can Contact Us at membership@iask.org

SUMMARY:HARMONIZING QI FLOW 3
DESCRIPTION:Harmonizing QI Flow \nBook your spot here \n \n  \nThis Kinesiology strand is based on the research and work of Japanese physician and respected researcher Yoshio Manaka. Ondrej Bursik wrote these courses over 12 years with the help of Acupuncturists trained in both Chinese and Japanese approaches to working with Qi flow and disharmony. \nIn 2021 the HCF Workshops have been improved\, expanded and changed from HCF1 and HCF 2 into the following 3 workshops: \n\nHQF1 – Stem Branch and Open Point Theory\nHQF2 – Origins and Flow\nHQF3 – Flowing with Life\n\n\nJune 2026 HQF3 – Master the Flow of Qi\nUnlock the Patterns of the 12 Channels for Deep Healing and Transformation. \nHQF3 builds on the foundations laid in HQF1 and HQF2. After ensuring that Qi flows smoothly from its\noriginal source\, through the 3 Jiao\, and that the 8 channels are balanced\, we now turn our focus to\nidentifying and addressing patterns of disharmony in the 12 main channels. \nFlowing with Life – This workshop helps you move from living a disconnected\, ordinary life to one where you flow authentically with life. To achieve this transformation: \n\nWe connect to the Heart\, our “Emperor\,” with the Pericardium as its protector\, ensuring any changes are safe.\nThe Small Intestine facilitates communication with the world\, while the San Jiao manages relationships\nand external interactions.\nVitality and health come from the Kidneys and Bladder\, giving us the energy to transform.\nThe Stomach and Spleen nourish us\, helping to process new thoughts and emotions.\nThe Gall Bladder aids discernment\, while the Liver fosters growth\, new ideas\, and adaptability.\nThe Lungs provide life’s essence\, and the Large Intestine helps us release old patterns\, making room for new growth.\n\nThe key focus of HQF3 is understanding how all 12 channels interrelate. Unlike typical kinesiology courses that prioritize one channel\, in HQF3 we map out imbalances in the 12 channels using alarm and Back Shu points. This allows us to explore why specific channels are coming up and the relationships between them. Imbalances rarely occur in isolation—understanding these connections is crucial for resolving patterns of stress. \nUnique Approach to Channel Relationships \nHQF3 introduces a comprehensive approach to understanding relationships between channels\, including: \n\nYuan-Luo connections\nElement balancing\n3 continuous circuits\, based on George Soulie de Morant’s work\nOpposite polarity in the 6-phase relationship (Osamu Honda’s research)\n6-zone balancing (Dr. Zhang’s work)\nYin/Yang imbalances and specific channel correction\n\nYou’ll also learn techniques for tonifying and sedation through proper use of Tie-Shien and pellets to\nenhance energy flow. \nCan You Take HQF3 Without HQF1 and HQF2? \nWhile it’s best to have completed HQF1 and HQF2\, you can still participate in HQF3. The course is similar to the old HCF2 with some updates\, offering valuable knowledge whether you’re continuing or starting your journey. \nDates: \n22-25th June\n10am -2pm CEST\n6-10pm Sydney time \nCourse Fee: \nIASK Members:  €340\nNon-Members:   €400 (including 1yr membership) \nTotal Course Time: 16hrs \nBook your space by paying a deposit — the remaining balance will be invoiced separately. \nBook your spot here \nAny questions about this course you can Contact Us at membership@iask.org
