By combining the Stem and Branches we can identify the Open Point.\n\nThere is an old Chinese Proverb that states “find the one who uses 1 needle for he is the true master” This proverb has its origins in using Open Point theory. The idea is that any given time on any given day there is one acupuncture point that is the most useful point to use\, regardless of diagnosis and cause.\n\nThis presentation looks at Open Point theory.
