Harmonizing QI Flow 1

September 12 @ 9:00 - 12:00 UTC+1

Harmonizing QI Flow 1

This Kinesiology strand is based on the research and work of Japanese physician and respected researcher Yoshio Manaka. Ondrej Bursik wrote these courses over 12 years with the help of Acupuncturists trained in both Chinese and Japanese approaches to working with Qi flow and disharmony.

In 2021 the HCF Workshops have been improved, expanded and changed from HCF1 and HCF 2 into the following 3 workshops:

HQF1 – Stem Branch and Open Point Theory

HQF2 – Origins and Flow

HQF3 – Flowing with Life

There is an old Chinese proverb “Find the one who uses one needle and you find the master” This proverb forms the understanding of the Stem and Branch Theory and the use of Open points to treat all disharmony.  Arguably this is the oldest form of Acupuncture dating back to the Dao Ra era (the advisor to the Yellow emperor) dating back 1400-2400BC. It is said by observing the sun, moon and stars, the patterns of growth and decline. The Chinese sages of the old, learned the laws of the universe and established their lives to follow these standards in accordance to the universe.  This was the root of the GanZhi.

In this course we look at these roots, which became the Heavenly Stem and Earthly Branch Theories and eventually the Open Point theory.  This workshop teaches you to use the Stem and Branch information, which can be applied in every session and every day to come closer to harmony.  The Open Point theory is a combination of the Stem and Branch systems and uses extra 8 master points to balance the body. Such application is not dependent on signs and symptoms, goal or chief complaint of the client. Rather, it is based on timing. Open Point can be used within every and any procedure you have ever learned in Kinesiology.

This NEW workshop HQF1 -Stem Branch and Open Point Theory significantly expands the understanding of how to activate Earthly Branch and Heavenly Stem. This gives the learner a greater appreciation and understanding of this ancient system.

The workshop  also Includes 4 sub programs which allow the participant to truly activate the whole body. These sub-programs include working with Emotions, Spirit points, Cutaneous system and Sinews based on the work by Tada Kono, which help to activate the body and can be used independently in any kinesiology process or approach.

Ondrej predominately teaches this course in person in Germany, but has also taught in Australia and this year in Italy plus certain aspects of the system in countries such as Czech and Slovakia.

We are privileged to have this course delivered specificity for IASK on-line this coming September.

Review from a course participant below:
HQF1 was an extremely interesting module because it opened new perspectives in my clinical practice. The topic of cycles and universal rhythms has always interested me and the stems and branches gave me a framework applicable to any style of kinesiology, opening up a new layer of understanding of our universe.
Ondrej Bursik was attentive and precise in taking us on this journey; I loved his use of ancient stories as a teaching style and I deeply appreciated his kindness and the lightness he managed to convey on such an intricate subject.
I immediately integrated HQF1 into my daily practice, noticing an amplification of the power of what I was already doing.
I look forward to continuing to learn more on the topic and from Ondrej.            (Alessandro Lucchini)
