Despite Encountering Personal Challenges from a young age, Carmen chose to Pursue a career in Holistic Complementary Therapies, Personal Development , Health Services and Education to Empower Individuals from all walks of life.
This Noble Pursuit is Profoundly Impacting the Well-being of those she works with, helping them to thrive in all levels.
Facing many challenges and struggles from an early age, life took a different turn when she was introduced to Touch for Health and Kinesiology, as she realised that she can manage her mental , physical , and emotional health by herself and she can look after her children differently.
She started to study the Touch for Health in 2018 and become a fully qualified TFH Instructor in 2021 and Kinesiology Courses since 2018 until 2024, and from the start and she took advantage of the opportunity to train with world leading kinesiologists and trainers including Ger Casey President of IKC , Marko Rado Founder of K-Physis and Sylvia Marina Dean of Personal Development School as they are having a fountain of knowledge and skills to share.
In the same time she started to get qualified in Personal Training, Outdoor adventure activities in Ireland , Business Management being trained by the Leading Pioneers like John Prendergast MA. , Willie Whelan , Tim Orr, Declan Tracy , Stephen Hodge and many others which led to a Unique Combination of Experiences and Expertise that can truly benefit those Seeking Support—Physically, Mentally, and Emotionally to integrate the Mind, Body, and Soul for a Healthier Life and successful life.
As a result of her experiences and the knowledge gained over the years she decided that there is a new way on bringing things together and develop new educational programs and health programs , integrating the complementary therapies into outdoor activities which led to the creation of Halcyon Health Services and Halcyon Education Services Eire .
She specialises in dealing with trauma, mental health, physical abilities, stress management, personal development , incorporated complementary therapies into outdoor activities and education of individuals of all ages and much more +.
Her drive comes from the satisfaction seeing people she' is working with, living their best life and thriving on all areas , using all the tools , skills and knowledge gained from one-on-one sessions, talks , seminars, workshops and community projects and her meetings around the world focusing on building Sovereign Communities.
