The Kinesiology Association of Ireland (KAI) is the leading professional body representing specialised kinesiologists across Ireland, founded in 1986. Established to support practitioners, uphold high standards of training, and promote awareness of kinesiology, KAI is committed to advancing the field through education, integrity, and community engagement. KAI members are dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health and wellbeing through muscle testing, energy balancing, and holistic techniques.
The association also works to ensure public confidence by maintaining a register of qualified practitioners and fostering continued professional development. There is also a listing of upcoming courses by our members on the website.
As a proud member of the global kinesiology community, KAI actively supports collaboration and knowledge-sharing with international partners through its affiliation with IASK.
