Heavenly Star and Yuan Points
First recorded in Yuan Dynasty in Wang Guorui’s (1279-1368 ) book Jade Dragon, the Heavenly Star Points are attributed to Ma Danyang. The Jade Dragon describes using these points ‘like hot water poured upon snow’ in reference to clinical effectiveness.
