March – IASK Cup of Coffee

2 March 2023 @ 17:00 - 18:00 UTC

Natural Nutrition

  • Discover how the body heals from a Natural Nutrition perspective
  • Focusing on Gut and hormonal health.
  • Then the structure and tools I use to help people.

Our digestive imbalances can create so much of today’s conditions; from stress and anxiety, IBS, SIBO, constipation, autoimmune issues, obesity, diabetes, brain fog, to menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, feeling low and more…

For many it’s so easy to find solace from taking a pill from the medical profession, but many people are finding this short lived. What if there was a way that you can be empowered to manage your own health? To understand how you can lead your way to more energy with less pain and lead the life you want to live.

Join me for a talk on how the body heals and how you can find a different solution to better health.

Looking forward to seeing you there!
